Golf Packages and Tour Booking Guidelines

1. Confirmation Process:

Upon booking, expect confirmation via email within 2 working days. If immediate confirmation isn't feasible, we'll promptly update you on the reservation status.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Please refer to the Payment Invoice for comprehensive details. Our cancellation policy is as follows (with the beneficiary responsible for bank fees):

• Cancel more than 31 days before arrival: 100% deposit refund.
• Cancel between 8 and 30 days before arrival: Cancellation fees vary based on the specific itinerary.
• Cancel less than 7 days before arrival: No refund.

However, in exceptional circumstances like medical emergencies or airport closures, beyond the client's control, we collaborate with our suppliers to minimize cancellation penalties.

3. Deposit Requirement:

Upon confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required promptly. Failure to provide the deposit may result in changes or loss of the quoted tee-time.
